Small Order(<3000 pairs): 3-14 days to receive the goods, most customers will receive socks within 4-6 days, depending on your location.
Large Order(>3000 pairs): Shipping by ship will be slower than express delivery, It usually takes 28-40 days.
We can also choose express delivery or shipping based on customer’s request.

Before our goods are shipped, you can contact us to change the address at any time. At contact us page select the “Change address” subject and give us your new address.
After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
You can also send mail to us, at contact us page select the “Product tracking” subject, and submit, we will send the complete tracking information to your email as soon as possible.

For small orders of socks, we pack them in a bag. If the order exceeds 250 pairs, we need to pack the socks in multiple boxes, but they can still arrive together.

Any confirmed quality problems within 30 days can be refunded.
Sorry for this, and you will get a full refund or we will send you the correct socks again, your only need to return the socks without paying.
Please take a clear picture, we use it to evaluate and claim with the shipping company. If not all socks are damaged, we will reissue the damaged parts.
